Return Policy

Cancel the order. If you need to cancel your order under special circumstances, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation of an order requires a handling fee of 6% of the order amount. If your order has been processed and the item is issued, we can’t be able to cancel the order for you.

Deadline for return and exchange: We only accept return and exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions of return: The product has quality problems / wrong product style / wrong size and other non-artificially damaged products. All returned products must be unused (for example, not worn, cleaned, damaged or altered)

Return refund process: you first need to contact us by email (service@Wholesaleonesie.com). In the email, state your order number, the reason for the return, and attach a photo of the product. We will review after receiving the email.
If the situation meets our return and exchange conditions, we will provide you with our return / exchange information.
Return and refund - We will contact you by mail after receiving your returned product. After confirmation, we will refund you via PayPal (the refund does not include the freight amount in the order). If you paid directly using your PayPal account at the time of payment, you will receive our refund immediately. If you pay by credit or debit card, it will take about 7 working days (because the bank needs to process it). If you have a delay in receiving the refund, please contact us.
Exchange - We will send you a new product after receiving the product you returned.
Note:
If you return the product without contacting us, we will not be able to refund or exchange it for you.
The returned freight is borne by the customer, and the re-issued freight is borne by us.
When returning the product, please attach a piece of paper with your order number on it, and the Email used to place the order
